Production Mechanic/Service Writer - PT/FT
Location: Kentwood, MI
West Michigan Bike is seeking fun, energetic and motivated individuals to become apart of the Service Team. Must have excellent customer service and mechanical skills. Ideal candidate is team driven, goal oriented, and self-motivated.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Assemble bikes
- Repair bikes (basic-intermediate)
- Install or repair TCG accessories
- Display motivation to reach individual & department goals
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Communicate professionally with customers & team
Compensation: Our employees are provided a competitive hourly wage based on prior experience and the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses based on achieving store goals. We also offer a generous employee purchase program.
