West Michigan Bike is accepting applications for experienced sales associates. Ideal candidates will be customer-focused, communicate in a positive and friendly manner, possess a strong work ethic, and have experience in bicycle retail.  Enthusiasm and passion for the bicycle business are also desired. Professional Sales Associate: Part Time 15-30 hours

Applicants must be willing to work in a fast-paced and energy-filled environment, as well as be involved in all roles in the store.  We rely on our associates to fully and confidently evaluate customers' needs and respond with information to assist customers in making the best purchase to meet their needs.

Compensation: $9.50-$12.00 Our employees are provided a competitive hourly wage based on prior experience and the opportunity to earn monthly Incentives based on achieving store goals. We also offer a generous employee purchase program.
